Return Policy
Because every DTF transfer we produce is made to order, refunds or exchanges are not available unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll replace it free of charge, including shipping—provided that:

The claim is made by the original buyer within 7 days of delivery.

You provide clear photos or video showing the issue.
Requests submitted after 7 days or by third parties (such as your own customers) will not be accepted.
Limitation of Liability
Roll DTF is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, including (but not limited to) lost revenue, production delays, or business disruptions.
Our responsibility is strictly limited to the amount paid for the original order placed directly through Roll DTF. We cannot be held accountable for claims, damages, or issues that result from resale, third-party use, or downstream applications of our products.
Since all of our transfers are custom-made, proper use depends on your own equipment, materials, and pressing methods. It is your responsibility to verify the correct press settings, fabric compatibility, and care instructions. Roll DTF cannot guarantee results when transfers are applied outside of our recommended parameters.
